Challenge programs

Challenge121 programs are set up in blocks of 4 sessions called challenge modules. Each module delivers 4 exercises, which are designed to address and improve individually specified physical areas, relevant to your required goals. The final session of the module focussed on a specific challenge involving the 4 featured exercises. These programs are strictly designed to not only deliver a faster, more direct and  effective route to achieving your goals than a traditional training program can..but they also focus on educational coaching, which gives you the tools and confidence to maintain your achievements long into your future life
